2012 Annual Meeting

The Cliffs of Snow Canyon Annual Property Owners Association Meeting will be held on February 10, 2012 at 3:00pm at the clubhouse.

- The focus of this year's meeting will be to fill two Board of Trustee postions vacated by Brent Facer and Val Holbrook.
- Trustee John Roe, Election Chair will be running the election according to the CPOA CCR's.
- The four nominees seeking to fill the two vacancies include: Sam Hunter, Joe Mongold, Don Simon and Dennis Winter.

Home Construction:
The Cliffs of Snow Canyon is experiencing a building boom! Since January, 2011 the Cliffs has had eight housing starts and two of the homes are already occupied!

Parade of Homes:
The 2012 St. George Area Parade of Homes is presented by the Southern Utah Home Builders Association and Zions Bank. This year’s event features an exciting variety of 28 homes located throughout Southern Utah. The Parade of Homes to be held on February 17-26, 2012 is a self-guided tour offering an opportunity for established, prospective residents and visitors to see what is new and innovative in the home building industry.
This is the 22nd year for this show and for the seventh consecutive year, The Cliffs of Snow Canyon with be showing off with a spectacular home built on Lot 73. This beautiful home set in the Cliffs amazing red rock canyons is 5575 square feet of luxury and comfort with amazing views. ~ Things To Do ~

St. George is known as "Utah's Dixie" because of its temperate climate. Mild winters make it ideal for golf year-round - 10 of Utah's best courses are located here! The city is the business and cultural center for Southwest Utah, and is a major gateway to nearby Zion National Park.

Petroglyph Theatre
Only a few miles from our neighborhood, a local treasure is revealed!  if you haven't seen the petroglyphs on the Santa Clara River Reserve trail, then you have missed one of the best Anasazi stone writing sites in North America!
